SUP 1
Learn about SUP Board and gear design, function and maintenance then hit the water for some basic SUP skills/technique training. Within two hours of proper skills training with our SUP Instructors you will not only be paddling efficiently down the lake but you will also be showing off to all your friends with manouvers like the “stern pivot” and “Hang Ten”

SUP YOGA
Do you like Yoga but would rather practice it outdoors in the sun? Of course you would so join certified fitness trainer and Yoga Instructor Gretta Reid for an hour of yoga on the beach and on SUP boards on the water twice a week at Jim Smith Lake.

SUP FIT is designed as a fitness training program for SUP racers or any active lifestyle SUP enthusiasts looking to train harder and push their physical fitness to the next level. Get ready to mix a little Stand up paddling with some beach training and swiming to boost both your strength and endurance!
